"Hospital Guard" is a wireless reporting system that allows for easy notification to the office by simply pressing a remote control during an emergency. In the office, the room number displayed on the receiver is confirmed, and action is taken immediately. With the push of a button, notifications can be automatically sent to the responsible person's home or mobile phone. This time, we have introduced a wireless Andon system for emergency reporting at the "Spice Processing Factory," and I would like to introduce it. The purpose is to "immediately notify of emergencies at various locations in the factory." It has been implemented for the safety and security of the employees. In a large factory with an area of approximately 100m × 80m, when the "report button" is pressed, a number is displayed on the receiving display unit in the office, and a rotating light activates. 【Equipment】 - Connect the URD company's "Clamp Type Current Detection Module (CTT-16-CS10)" to an external contact transmitter. 【Connection】 The current detection module is set to respond at 1A or more. Connect the external contact transmitter. 【Mechanism】 The contact turns ON when a certain level of current flows. 【Operation Test】 ★ Turn on the dryer switch in cold mode. Approximately 0.5A of current flows. At this time, the transmitter does not respond. ★ Switch to set (hot) mode. Approximately 5A of current flows. Since it is set to detect at 1A or more, the transmitter activates, and a number is displayed on the receiver. 【Expected Effect】 If the equipment's load abnormalities can be detected, there is no need for regular inspections. This allows for better focus on other tasks, making it more efficient. There are various ways to connect to other sensors or rotating light contacts. 【Supplement】 The distance between the transmitter and receiver is approximately 100m in line of sight. The distance can easily be extended with a wireless repeater. You can receive not only with the 5-channel receiver but also with a portable "mobile receiving display" or a "10-table receiver" for forklifts.
